Orange1 for Women Rally Co-Driver Contest: Empowering Future Talents in Motorsport

On November 21 and 22, Orange1 Racing proudly hosted the Orange1 for Women Rally Co-Driver Contest at its headquarters in Arsiè (Belluno). The event marked an exciting milestone in the world of motorsport, bringing together 10 exceptional young women, selected from 61 applicants across Italy, for an immersive and transformative two-day training program.

This exclusive initiative was designed to equip participants with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to embark on a career as co-drivers in rallying, emphasizing education, inclusion, and personal growth.

A Comprehensive Program for Aspiring Co-Drivers
The two-day event featured a dynamic mix of activities tailored to prepare participants for the challenges of the motorsport world:
Theoretical Sessions: Technical insights and one-on-one mentoring from industry experts.
Practical Training: Highlights included a field internship in Valstagna and a technical challenge at the Arsiè site, where participants practiced tyre changes under real rally conditions.
Social Impact: A meeting with the young athletes of the Orange1 Basket social project in Bassano further enriched the experience, emphasizing the company’s commitment to inclusion and community support.
The program concluded with a convivial dinner attended by Orange1 President Armando Donazzan, who personally encouraged the participants and celebrated their passion and dedication.
